DreamDeaf want me to tell you.....

I am try to keep the cost of the caucus under 100 but hotel cost is separate from caucus. Their room rate for us be around 89 per night. I did explain in earlier post in "AD caucus keep truckin' on".
 
I was originally going to fly but may end up driving (its about 13 hours from here...not too bad). Anyone else from the Washington DC area planning on going? Maybe a carpool or something would be in order.

Oh aww, I would love to come with Sequoias to meeting you and everybody from AD too. But hope that he and I will plently of money

I'm moving out of St. Louis, so there's a good chance that I won't be able to come. The date is in the middle of summer, though, so it's entirely possible that I will take a vacation to come.
 
I might not go due to money issue. So wait and see by June then we'll know more by then.
 
i was planning to rent a van and picking people from wisc, ill, ind, mich to go to st louis but my friend moved to washington so that changed .. .so i honestly dont know. when is the deadline for the numbers to let u know?

I been read those posts and notice there is group been posting together as "favorism" so let's say, PM one of hostess who coming for ADers Causus because we do not know how many are coming over. We will limited up to 50 people but now we just realized there is no answers from over 300 people. Please PM one of hostess to let her/him know who is going or not. We are holding abt 50 rooms and please tell us ASAP before it is too late to hold the room.

Again, brave posters can post their coming or not. That is good way to let us know, too.

Are those "people" that you're picking up are members of AD?
 
Someone asked me a question - and I will clarify here. Everyone, including members, family members, friends and acquaintances are expected to pay their way into the AD Caucus, even those who live in St. Louis. Those that are not staying for the whole event, would be required to pay a registration fee and wear a wristlet for the day.

by the way, I do not carry credit cards.. I'd rather pay full payments..

oh yea good qq abt reservation hotel... i hope everything will straight out.. :fingersx:
 
Most of the time hotels require deopsit. Don't ask me why. I've done it before and reserved hotel with my CC. I wish I could help ya out somehow...but you can call and find out? So good luck!
