RO is a relay operator.

I'm not saying this to directly to anyone here, but please please please wait for the go ahead at the beginning of a call if you are using wireless. :begs:

Actually its 90 percent of voice users. Some people just cannot comprehend that we are having to type every single word they say, including the uh s and um s, and the mistakes, and the "operator did you type that? opr can you tell them..."
