Absolutely. I deal with a lot of anxiety. I started seeing a therapist a few weeks back. Just someone to talk things out with. I have low-dose anxiety meds but they don't seem to help at all.
And, stay away from alcohol as much as possible. Alcohol can excaberate anxiety.
I have severe anxiety disorder since 2010 and I have to deal with it, but it isn't easy in some cases.
I used to took anxiety medicine but made me sleepy and not option if I have go to school.
				
 I haven't found one that doesn't make you drowsy... Every person I've talked too with anxiety has told me the same results sadly... Zzzzzzzzz... 
 Nothing you can do about it other than to just walk away and wait for it to pass, sadly. Some people have different tolerances to certain medications and it may not make them drowsy... but once it hits you like that, you usually know you're going to be "one of those" people... 
 
Stein, that is a beautiful and precious picture, I'm so sorry....
 because I just got a ticket for uninspected vehicle.  I hope it doesn't cost me a lot of money.
