I watched Animal Planet every day at 10 PM and While I was watching it, Houston Texas Animal cops have stated that they have received 9,500 calls a year on animal cruelty. :eek:
 
Actually, that's calls... but it doesn't mean that there are 9,500 actual cases on animal cruelty. One woman may see that her neighbor spanked her dog for pooping on the floor and call the cops. One little boy might see his neighbor having a mean guard dog and assume that it's because the owner is an asshole who is mean and raised his dog to be mean... so he tells his mommy that the owner was mean to the dog and the mom then calls the cops. :roll:
 
Well,

I think some people shouldn't have any pets if they can't take care of them and treat them like they're their own children....


I called and report on the people who lives next door after seeing her oldest daug was swinning the dog around with the chain on the dog's collar, it was just a little dog and it wasn't something you can swing around and around by it's neck.... :pissed:

But they did not take the dog away from them cause they denied and said it never happened..Whatever...I won't be soo surprise to hear the dog died in the result of them not taking the dog away in the first place....

But I do know this, it takes a while for them to take a pet away from it's home same likewise with children...some children died in the result of waiting to be removed from an abusive home....It's sucks big time

Oh I forgot to add that I too watch that show every night as I can...

And the worse one I saw on the show was when the dog was chained up in the backyard for months or years and did not bother checking to see if the dog's collar was loosed, and ignore the dog for months, the chain went right into the dog's skin and some of his skin covered up the chain like it was actually inside the dog's neck, that was the worstest thing I ever seen in a dog like this, this was something I couldn't sit and watch while the vet doctors were trying to cut open the dog's neck to get the chain out....and the scar was still there....

Poor dog! :tears:

People like this who has pet and don't bother taking care of them or checking up on them, they sometimes just throw food at them and just run on with their daily lives, how can a human being do something like this ? and how would it feel if someone did this to you?....Geeze, some people need their head rechecked!!...This is just sick and it makes my stomach ill!
