House on Pending!!

Aww...sorry about not getting the house. I gotta agree with other ADers...maybe it was fate and u will get something better. Good luck and dont give up! :)

Sizd of the bedroom as the house. LOL no way not for me. I wouldnt know what to put in the space. I dont need too much space as I know my son will be leaving the nest in about 8 or more years. :eek3: :eek3:

I looked at 2 houses today. One had no key to the house and it far from my work. But anyway, I look thru the window. Geez the kitchen is upstair and small, small bathroom that you can see inside on the staircase from outside. Laundry room good size but I have seen the rest of the house til my realtor call the listing agency.

the other house was good but no laundry room and there was a loft but too dangerous to climb or put the furniture up there. Very small kitchen but hugs barn. Oh brother!!!

So will look into another house tmw.

Awww... your perfect house will be waiting somewhere... just take your time and don't settle for less cause you gonna be living in that house for a long time. I must have a laundry room lol... Yeah it's a bummer when it's too dang far from work especially when you have a child what if you get stuck in traffic or late from work.. so on.. HANG IN THERE... Keep digging smile...

...ummm...I know this might be farrrr from work but 'The' White House is up for grabs next year-- :lol: I know, I know...I just had to say that, didn't I??? :D At the least, hopefully I was able to get you to 'smile' a bit...you will find that perfect cozy home tailored made just for you, your precious son...like someone else stated, don't settle for less! ;)

In the meantime, keep holding that chin up high, even if it means holding your chin up higher just to see through the windows of a potential home-- :D

Not yet but I have a house to look at on Tuesday and it was supposed to be last Thrusday but due to the storm so we couldnt go see the houes til tuesday. I am also looking in the website to see if other houses that are on sale. I like one house so far but too far for me to drive to work. I will have to wait and see.
 
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get the house, just keep looking. I'm sure there's several out there. :) Remember you mention to me about tax pre-exempt. Well, in my town, they're not adopted. So, I have to pay property taxes. Which is kinda sucks.
