I just installed WIFI on my internet I am online via my laptop, and desktop and my wifi printer and my Wii and now only thing i have problem with is my Sorenson VP 200: i am online i can make calls but i can't see the caller the caller can see me but i my screen is black and not able to talk to her on my end ..
 
Hi there, welcome here.

I have that similar problem like you. Once in a while it helps to restart VP and also not be on line as well.

When I use my VP, I have to close my laptop because with the laptop and the VP going at the same time, VP is bound to shut down at me.

Welcome to AllDeaf.com. You might want to read this thread. I have had the same problem with the black screen, after I had a wireless cable modem hooked up, but got it fixed promptly.

I hope you got your VP working.

I don't know much about the VP so I am curious but I better check other forum topics before asking here in Intro/Welcome area.
