I'm losing patience with my Sidekick 4g. It freezes on me one too many times!! My girlfriend got an I phone. I want one too now.

I would get it from Sprint, Verizon, or AT T. I realize that they're all different companies, but what makes I phone from Verizon better than a Sprint I phone? I mean I phone is an I phone. I am aware that area covered may be the difference, but is that it?

why you said "I Phone"? It's like.. "me phone!"

It's iPhone.

Ok, either way, is a Verizon iPhone better than a Sprint iPhone? Simply because of area covered?

depend on how often you go to the location that trend have coverage. Verizon will cost you $55 on 2GB data and unlimited text, compare to Sprint for $45 on UNLIMITED data/text,

The speed appear to be better suit on Verizon than Sprint.

Interesting. I was really under impression that it was $55 on unlimited data. I would have to check on that.

I have not had problems with SK 4g freezing. Are you sure it's not an app you've installed? I phone isn't bad, but it's more expensive than SK 4G.

I think the data only for Iphone is $40+ and SG is $30.

I have put few free applications mostly about football on my phone. I'm not sure which applications would effect the phone. I have heard that free applications tend to freeze phone.

I did not have that problem with MyTouch 3G slide, but I have it now with this phone.

I also want to add, that while Verizon is "technically" faster than Sprint due to the 4G LTE, the iPhone does not use the 4G LTE. It is stuck on 3G for Verizon. I'm not sure about Sprint, but I think it's something to check into.

When I was doing my research, I saw that iPhone on ATT is faster than on Verizon due to ATT's HSPA (a faster version of 3G technologies, but not quite 4G).

but AT T is the only company that carries the 3 GS?

iPhone 3Gs is pretty outdated and it wont smooth with new iOS5 and no front camera.

I recommend you to get an iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S due both have front camera which perfect for take a picture or video of yourself or VP user.

I mean iPhone 3GS,4, and 4s with 3G network . Not "iPhone 3G" Sorry for confused.

I've been thinking more of getting the I phone 4. I'm not sure how I can use the Siri system on the 4S if I cannot use my voice.

You dont have to use Siri, you can turn off Siri.

Right. I don't plan to use Siri system. The point that I'm making is that in USA, the I phone 4 is $99. The 4S is $199. I don't want to pay the extra $100 if I am not going to use the Siri system.

This is basic 3G test between providers. From other topic about iphone 4s. This test was done back in 2010 so things may have changed now don't know.

AT&T Roars Back in PCWorld

See here for an accurate comparison of vanilla 3G test, they don't include 3.5G HSDPA/HSPA+. I think those tests are unfair against CDMA Sprint/Verizon because it's faster.

Not just Siri, 4s have better camera, dual cores, etc.

I still love my iPhone 4 and it's works great for everything. You should fine with iPhone 4. Nothing wrong with it.

I still have iphone 4 and still love it. I am not in rush to upgrade it to iphone 4S when I get an early upgrade on Feb. 2012. I'd rather wait for the iphone 5.
