This thread was NOT started as a debate topic by the creator. Joekad99 wanted to express happiness at attending camp. There was no need for anyone to tear down Joekad99's positive experience.

Has anyone noticed that Joekad99 has not posted again since all this criticism began? Way to go. Crush a young new AD member. :mad:

This thread is NOT under "Debates", so this line of criticism is inappropriate. If you and others want to bash Christian camps, start your own thread in the appropriate place, under "Debates."

I would request the mods move the debate-themed posts to "Debates", and leave Joekad99's thread alone.

No, Reba. It wasn't. I was agreeing with Deafdyke. I'm sorry if you feel offended, but there's lots of us who feel this way. We have had bad experiences with fundamentalists Christians or camps. It's nice that the OP had a different experience, but there's lots of us who haven't.

The topic of this thread is Joekad's camp experience. It is not about the pros and cons of Christian camps.

It's not about offending me. The offense is against respecting Joekad, and hijacking this thread.

Pinky, Don't let them get to you. This is how they get things going like this. They will provoke you till you have to defend yourself and then it'll get locked. Just ignore them and go on and things will be fine.

Ok, I accept your apology.

Its violate of AD rule to call shut up to members, just let you know and people who is bad mood should be careful or just don't post until mood become relieve.

Everybody, just get back to topic and think about positive thing about starter's camp, if not interested then don't post here.
 
I think this entire thread should be moved to the religion debate forum. Or even better, DELETED/REMOVED!
