Old man here. hard of hearing,( from stroke) learning ASL. I work part time as a "Job coach" Meaning I help people with various challenges succeed at their work place. 3 of the 7 people I work with are deaf. I have a lot to learn.

Worked as a case manager with people with cognitive disabilities and on the severe end of the Spectrum and mental illness; part of job did involve working with consumers at job sites. None of the consumers happened to be d/Deaf though.
