Hi all,

My name is Rhonda. I just discovered this website and thought I'd try it out. I am 41 years old, married, have 2 children, 2 step-children and 1 new grandchild. I have been completely deaf in one ear since early childhood due to spinal mentigitis. I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease 15 years ago. It has left me very hard of hearing and I will eventually lose my hearing completely. I started learning ASL a couple of months ago. I would like to learn more about signing and the deaf culture.

Hello fellow Meniere's sufferer. It's a bit**, ain't it? Do you have the vertigo side of it? or just the hearing loss side? Just curious, as there are not that many MD people that I have run into. I hope you enjoy your time here, as there really are good folks to chat with and learn from.
