Hello,

I'm new here and a friend told me about this. I'm a big curious about this site. Just want to tell you a bit about myself. I'm from Illinois. My name is Katie. Pretty much everyone call me nickname is Rosi. What about you all?

Deaf? I consider myself hard of hearing. But I know sign language. Mostly, I speak

Hi Rosi and welcome to alldeaf. You will enjoy it it here. I am new to being hoh, sudden onset within the last two years. I am trying to teach myself sign, but not easy with no one around that can help/respond. Such is life. I have really been working on lip reading, since I work in a hearing environment and none of my family have hoh/deaf experience. :wave:
