Ken Blackwell is on CNN talking to Wolf he says absentee, provisional, military ballots are not done.. more like 200,000 or more needs to be counted.. Kerry's lawyers are already on ground in Ohio... we will see.. Ken says won't be done till Nov 11th for those ballots..
