So, Grand Theft Auto series has got improved since GTA 3 on PS2 was a major hit and sell well from every gaming freak out there. Also, Vice City, which has proably been sold as twice much as GTA 3 did. Rockstar is proably the most acclaimed of the gaming industry this century. Rockstar is well known for Oni, State of Emerency, and Manhunt. So now they are working on another GTA game...a GTA 4 and it would no doubt appear on the PS2, but after that, would it appear on Xbox like it did with the GTA double pack? I hope so. I just like my Xbox better than my PS2, no harm done.

and Metal Gear Solid series...which has juiced up to millions of fans out there, since the orignal Playstation game, which was on PSX in 1998 and has got Hideo Kojima filthy rich after thousands of copies were sold. Now, Metal Gear Solid 2, which was arguably one of the best games ever created of the 21st century, was onto PS2 in 2001 and Xbox in 2002. Now, Konami and Hideo Kojima are already working with MGS3 which would no doubt, appear on PS2 also. They said it would be release in early 2004, but I think they actually meant LATE 2004, which means it may be released in november instead.
So, Metal Gear Solid: Subtance was on Xbox, and it did sell pretty well to only Xbox owners, who hasn't played that game before.

So, I haven't hear anything about the new GTA 4 and MGS 3 being published on Xbox, as well?

If you do hear the possiblity of that, please show me with proof and I would honor you the biggest gaming freak of the year!
 
Check with IGN. They're pretty quick with news... even rumors. I saw the previews for Doom 3 during the summer of 2002! That's early!
 
MGS3 and GTA 4 that would be twice as sweet.....but sad is I aint got my old PS2 on me. :( But good news is ManHunter from Rockstar North is coming to the xbox sometimes this 2004 along with Red Dead Revolver (by Rockstar San Diego, developers of the Midnight Club series) the western shooter that Capcom gave up on developing.

and oh BTW tidbit of trivia for Steel is that ONI was developed by Bungie before Halo became a big hit for Bungie. Now I think Rockstar will have to give the development job of any ONI sequel to another developer since Bungie is now owned by M$ and they got their hands tied up on Halo 2.

Looks like 2K4 is gonna be a good year game-wise. ;)
 
This Just In-

There was a rumor that I read in EGM saying that the next GTA would be La Vengas, during the 1970s, and proably would choose more than one character of that same game or whatever like that. But hey, rumors are rumors, so we just gotta wait and see.

Also, for Metal Gear Solid 3- Solid Snake, aka Big Boss could use a gator head mask to fool the enemies in the jungle! :lol: (uses that mask when he's in the water though)
 
Ummm I have a feeling that the next GTA might be in San Andreas (the third city in the 1st GTA) instead of Las Vegas-style city, but who knows? .....Has EGM said anything if either Fido (the GTA3 guy) or Tommy Vercetti will be in GTA 5?

Either way, both games should be interesting. I'm a fan of Metal Gear Solid. I saw the previews for Metal Gear Solid 3 and it looks really good. It looks more challenging too!
 
Yep. I read in some other magazines that MGS3 won't include an radar where u can use it to spot enemies or whatever..so yeah that would be more challenging.

I just couldn't wait for the remake of MGS coming for the GameCube this march. :P

Actually, I'm sure they will include radar. It's one of the game's best features. Of course, like many other Metal Gear Solid games... they will have different levels of difficulties. That way, we can play... beat the game. Play again on a harder level, without radar! Heh!
 
Steel, I notice that So, Grand Theft Auto III graphic-3D has got improved since V.C. on XBOX. for instance like Halo 2 graphic is more improved from Halo 1. :D

I never playing on MS3 before.. Might be in someday.. smile
 
for the new Grand Theft Auto title,

Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas will be released on Xbox this summer.

I've played the PS2 version and it does seem pretty cool, even though I enjoy riding on a bike and all...it was actually alot of fun doing that...but the major disapointment was the graphics...it looked so cheap that it should be running on Nintendo 64 instead.

even Metal Gear Solid 3's graphics was a ZILLION times better than San Andreas...wish RockStar games would've try to polish it alittle more before releasing it..*sigh*
