I do realize that many Deaf people may or may not want to get healed. I am Deaf myself too. I also think it is where the Deaf person is at this point in his or her life that sees it as how it is. I used to go from not wanting to get healed to not believing I could get healed now where I am at this point in my life to wanting and believing it is possible to get healed. I have said before in another postings that I do not trust Benny Hinn and warned Deaf people about Benny Hinn.

Please give me time to respond to this one please as I like to learn more about Christianity and American History and am thankful for the freedoms we have as Deaf Americans... and I do know America was founded on Christian principles .... not deists or unitarians for sure !!!!! The liberal evil anti god agenda are always beginning their evil sentence with ...

By the way, the United States was NOT founded upon Christian principles. Reread your history.

The liberals are always trying to re-write American history to fit it in with their anti-god agenda. The liberals support anit-god , support killing babies support no " Ten Commandments " many things that are pure evil. What are you gonna say for starters to this one and please remember no another religion affords the same protections and healings to Deaf people like Bible believing Christians:

I am liberal and I do not see myself as the listne here.

As for being healing, umm God brought me back to alive when I was two and half and healed rest of my body included my eyes, brain and spine (I was not able to walk for short time) except for my deafness. If I asked Him to heal my deafness, He would not heal me because it is His will that I am deaf. I am fine with it as long as I am in good care from Him.

I do not trust Benny Hinn esp when he made big bucks.
 
Jazzy that is good you got healed. Praise God for that. More Deaf people need to know about who and what Benny Hinn is to save Deaf people from pain grief and hurt.

I am not sure if you understand what a liberal is. Being liberal means you want to support abortion , to deny another people the right to have Christian worship inside a Christian nation. Liberals value taking innocent people's guns away and then putting the guns in the hands of criminals which allowing criminals to murder and rape innocent individuals and get away with it while Conservatives WILL NEVER ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN and keep innocent people's guns in their hands. Kerry is a liberal. He helped the North Vietnamese and sold out the US troops and today he has an award booth which appaulds him as a hero in Communist Vietnam. He is no hero. I will have to find the story for you to read and what the liberal establishment is all about.

It is good for Deaf people like you and me to know what is going on politically plus our Deaf issues so that we can vote to shape the USA for the better and not for the worse. God Bless, Heath
 
I know what liberal is. I do not support guns, war in Iraq, I do not agree with abortion, I would never abort my own child but I support woman's choice ( I believe God's gift to us a free will of choice) only if their life is in danger esp if they going to die during pregnancy, against death pentalty, and many other things. I do not agree with Bush and his decisions here.
Correct me if I am wrong here, from what I see conservative Christians , they want guns to protect themselves against bad people and shoot them, support Bush and Iraq war, against abortion, and support death pentalty. I do not share same belief as them.
I believe in Jesus Christ and His words were to His displice, obey 10 commandments and Love God with all our heart and Love your neighbor with all our heart. I do not see many conservative Christians follow God laws here. It is okay because they pray and ask God to forgive them for what they did wrong against Him alike if they were shooting someone who may robbed them and kill them for stealing from them. They still get forgive for their own sins. I don't see this is right thing for them to do but I am not them and I have no right to judge them. It made me not think alike them. That is why I am struggle with them day to day with their own belief so different from me.

I have no idea about other deaf people went and see Benny Hinn. someone told me once about this one went to see him and they brushed her away and told her "no". It smells fishy here and knew he was a fraud.
 
About Kerry, he went there and killed alot people for USA. For that he will always carry the guilts for rest of his life. But Bush sold American people his way out of war so he does not have to deal with this type of experience. I have no forgive for men alike him. Men still dying from Vietnam war to this day. We lost a dear friend of ours few years ago to orange agent, what our government can do for our menand women, not much. We should never went to Vietnam in first place.
I remember those days. very sad. 17,000 soldiers died for nothing.

Okay I disagree to agree... On 9/11 3,000 lives on that plane plus 50,000 and another 50,000 in the World Trade Centers perished. If that was your relatives or family member would you think or see it differently? Those terrorists have hit various spots most notably Spain and for what? The terrorist are not going to stop for anyone or us. They even told the muslim nations no we are not stopping !!! The muslim nations went whoa with their heads back stunned.

On the issue of abortion, my mom said no to her doctor and I am still talking to you today. I do not support abortion and every effort should be made to help the baby and the mother... if they have to save the mother's life ... they should do so and try to save the baby's life and ask God for a miracle. On the issue of sexual abuse, the girl should continue with the 9 months of pregnancy then give the baby away for adoption. This way her conscience is clean and she did not kill that baby. On the issue of unwanted pregnancy.... continue with 9 months pregnancy then if guy and the girl does not want the baby or are unable to afford a baby then after discussing it over with their parents and still can not financially support the baby then the baby should be given up for adoption.

On the gun issue, I am a hunter of deer and I enjoy shooting guns on the weekends. I will be a lifelong hunter and a supporter of gun rights. Here is an article on the Holy Bible and guns.

U tell me it is okay for a woman to die while she was three months pregnant because she had severly epilsey? Her disease could not save this unborn baby so both mother and unborn baby dies together. Abort this unborn baby saved her life.

I agree women should keep babies and give away to adoption but to some cases alike I knew this woman, they should make the decision themselves.

Now u telling me it is sin not to self defense against bad man? What about Jesus Christ, He did not protected Himself from being arrested and being killed on the cross? He would have hide or stay away from the area but He did not.

I trust God with my life, if it is my time to die then I go. If someone want to kill me then so be it but it is not how God work with me. He has protects me many time from so called accidents and keep me safe from bad men.

As for terroists attack on 9/11, Bush allowed it happened. He would have prevent it but did not. Muslims and Christians have been war with eachother for hundred years. Nothing new here.

Guns kill people whether they are good or bad people. I do not like guns for one I would have kill u with it if I do not have any control over my emotions. I know myself too well. I do not hunt animals. I love animals. They give me joy.

As for liberal thinker, I always was, is and will be, no one taught me. I will never be a conservative thinker.

Heath.....NOBODY is pro-abortion. Hey....I know of SO many people who are pro-choice, but who would cheer and raise the roof if the last abortion ever was performed tomorrow. Abortion is a nessary evil. Sure, it's too bad that it has to exist, but it does.
 
I agree with this... as long as they don't preach it to me.

You want to pray? Fine. Just don't go reciting Bible verses or quoting God in my face.
 
Many people misunderstand Jesus Christ's saying... I am positive Jesus Christ meant turn the another cheek if it does not cost the person his life then he can turn the another cheek but if it is going to cost him his life then he should fight back in self defense. Jesus Christ is perfect and man is not perfect. The another thing is I do not believe in commiting suicide by allowing somebody to kill me.

You got a good point there about the elispey??? ( wrong spelling ) issue. Well every effort should be made to save lives. Prayer never hurts either.

Bush , he will give an account to God if he really did not know then ok but if he knew it was coming then that is a different story.

American Baptist
According to a position paper of the American Baptist Churches USA, the denomination "opposes abortion as a means of birth control or a means of eliminating unwanted pregnancies, but differs on when life begins and whether the church should advocate for governmental restrictions on abortion."




Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
According to the ELCA's official position paper, the church "believes abortion ought to be an option only of last resort. The church, in most circumstances, encourages women with unintended pregnancies to continue the pregnancy. The church, however, recognizes that there can be sound reasons for ending a pregnancy through induced abortion."

The Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod
According to the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod's official position paper, the denomination "believes abortion is contrary to God's Word and is not a moral option except in the tragic situation when it is necessary to save the life of the mother."

Presbyterian Church (USA)
The Presbyterian Church (USA) says in official teaching that it "acknowledges legitimate diversity of opinion. Oppose its use as a method of birth control. Southern Baptist Convention
According to the Southern Baptist Convention's official statement, "At the moment of conception, a new being enters the universe, a human being, a being created in God's image. This human being deserves our protection, whatever the circumstances of conception."

United Methodist Church
The United Methodist Church writes in its official statement that the denomination "believes in the sanctity of unborn human life and are reluctant to approve abortion. But they are equally bound to respect the sacredness of the life and well-being of the mother, for whom devastating damage may result from an unacceptable pregnancy."

Catholic
The Catholic Church teaches that every human being has a right to life from the moment of conception. The church holds that every abortion--the willful killing of a human embryo or fetus--is a grave moral evil. The penalty for procuring an abortion is automatic excommunication. Formally cooperating in an abortion is a grave offense.

Eastern Orthodoxy
The Orthodox Church teaches that abortion is the killing of a child. Grave questions like these are settled by the Holy Spirit's guidance, which is found pre-eminently in Scripture, and other writings and community decisions must be consistent with Scripture. From the earliest years, Christian writings have instructed "Do not murder a child by abortion or kill one who has been born" (The Didache, c. 70-80 C.E.).

ISLAM
Islam prohibits abortion except when the mother's life is in danger. Muslims consider a fertilized ovum that is attached to the womb a living being that has the potential of reaching its full formation. A developed fetus is considered a human life and is subject to the laws of inheritance to the extent that if the mother is sentenced to capital punishment, her life should be preserved because she is carrying another human life.

BUDDHISM
Under the first of the five Buddhist precepts--to refrain from taking life, from insects on up the evolutionary ladder--abortion is proscribed. Life is deemed to begin as soon as consciousness arises, and fetuses are seen as having consciousness. The Buddha's rules for his community of monks also forbade anyone from recommending abortion. Some practitioners of Japanese Zen who have had a miscarriage or abortion honor or make an offering to the deity Jizo, the god of lost travelers and children. It is believed that Jizo will steward the child until it is reborn in another incarnation.

You think we had a war in Iraq because of Sept. 11th? I'm sorry to disappointing you, But there was no weapons of mass destruction found in Iraq, They ran after the wrong person. I think Bush is at fault for a large part of it because he knew about the threats before Sept. 11th and did nothing to prevent it.

I do not believe in abortion either, But I believe in women choice (pro-choice), It's their body not ours. We cannot tell them what to do with their body either can you.

I don't like guns and I would like to see guns banned, I have seen guns get in the hands of the wrong people, What about criminals for example carried guns while robbing the convenience store, bank and gas stations? So they can get away with money and kill people who witness him. What about people who has some angry manangerment issue, killing someone over a porker game or anything else? I am tired of seeing people getting kill with guns. Enough is enough. I would like to see guns banned from United States.
