Gas Stations

While residing in Tennessee, Pilot Oil Corp. was my first choice for fuel. Pilot isn’t big in Georgia - they do have a location right here in my city (Cartersville) on the eastside but I rarely go that way - it is a little over thirty minutes from where I live (in west Cartersville.) It would be nice if they have one around here!

I usually stop at Kroger and Shell for fuel. I also do stop at BJ’s Wholesale Club and Costco Wholesale Club for fuel only if I am in the area.

One good example: My mother's old landlord made the electricity-conserve system for his home. His electricity bill slashed down to approx $23 compare to average $110.. Electricity company found a odd electricity low usage so they sent their man to check his house and planned to call the police to arrest him or sue him for electricity conserving! He took his homemade system down and brough it up to different corporations to manufacture and all of them declined. They just don't want to conserve the energy & electricity, they plainly want us to pay more $$. That's what that landlord told us and he showed me the equipment... He don't understand why these companies refuse to consider about many resource-conserve equipments, engines, systems, etc etc.. But I believe there is a reason for these... Money.

Wow! Why doesn't he open up his own gas and electric company? Who wouldn't buy his?

TiaraPrincess, if this guy did that, I think someone would have him smoked and on a Thanksgiving Day platter! LOL! but seriously....

Thanks.. I forget about Kwik Trip...... Only suburbs and some small cities in MN have Kwik Trip, theres none in St. Paul and Minneapolis and my hometown...

Now I remember I saw Shell last saturday somewhere in Brooklyn Park or Brooklyn center when I went to Earle Brown Hertiage Center for a banquet.
