First Felony Spam conviction

Now seeing that this is the first such case where spamming ended up with a conviction--although, there's an arguement that the punishment served by the judge is excessive....

and discourage any more spams/rip-offs...

i personally dont think its "excessive" -- serves them right -- they have no business sending out spam when ppl are NOT interested in them -- they should send to those on their own mailing list period and they chose not to do so thus making it a spam
