:( Oh Cheri, I am so sorry to hear this has happened to you. I remember you telling me about him. Why does he feel he has to resort to hitting and hurting the Mother of his children? Doesn't he think things out, and then what am I thinking? He probably doesn't know how. But, I do have to agree with everyone, you do need to call the police and get a restraining order on this guy. I would hate to see this guy come at you again. Again, I am so sorry you are going through this. :hug: :hug: :ily:

I thought DHB warned us against rebound relationships? I guess he didn't take his own advice.
 
Nah, Reba, I think I remember him saying they broke up like three years ago and was talking about the rebounding issue the last couple days, then came the crescendo: He and Cheri are an item, they announced today.

Do you mean he left the mother of his son three years ago? I thought that she was the lady he met while on the rebound from the first lady.

I guess this is the reason why I don't watch soap operas; I can't keep all the players straight.

I'm sorry you see it as " soap operas " not every relationship is perfect....

How many times have you heard "deadbeat dad"? Well, I am NOT like this! I am not going to quit support my son!!! Have you heard of child support? Again, if it were NOT my son I would have been gone long time ago.

Please STOP trying to label me as bad dad!!! I love my son way too much NOT to screw them up.

Cheri.. remmy, I told ya do not let anybody get in between you and DHB if you 2 are strong, ya can beat it. just don't buy people's mouth. I had a thing tonight.. just about 2 hours ago that someone had come in between me and chris and got me really upset but we're fine now. Just have to stick together! That goes for you, DHB, too!

For the last time, rebounded relationship STARTED 6 years ago! I used L to cover up my feelings. Now it is OVER. GET IT, DAMN IT!!!
