Tow drivers use dolly to bypass the neutral on transmission?

It could be old cars?

In my area, most tow men use truck like that.

but... parking regulation are poorly enforced in city, except for UAB strictly enforce the parking regulation.

See small wheels on the towing truck in this pix, is for axle or wheel dolly to towing the vehicle with locked tranny. Pro thiefs use 2 or 4 wheel dollies to move the vehicle into the trailer.

just saying that a thief could use dolly to move a car into a trailer

I'm ask a question in different direction - not related to your post.

Not just about criminals. It's save time from LONG line at DMV for renew sticker.
We haven't stood in a long DMV line in years. We get our renewed tags by mail. The only time we go to DMV in person is if we buy a new vehicle or want specialty tags.

You still toss the coins in the toll?
We have no tolls.

How do you think these doing repos the cars doing for the living? They don't always ask for keys, if owners refused to give keys or can't be found and they still CAN take the car away easy.

Exactly. Thats my point that diehardbiker think vehicles can move to trailer without a key which key was useless. So I was disagreed with him.

Same here, just renewed one of my vehicle registration. Will get the sticker in the mail soon. :dunno:

In my area of South Carolina all tow trucks for cars, vans, small trucks and motorcycles are flat beds. The only time the old-style tow trucks are used are for big vehicles, like buses and semi trucks. It's been that way for years.

the repos are licensed professionals... with proper equipments to do the jobs.... legally

but we're not talking about repos... we're talking about a car thief. do repo use a trailer?

Legal or illegal, both are using same method, and other methods. Moot point!

Does not matter where park, or even locked, Forklift CAN pull any cars out and throw in enclosed trailer in... how long? 1 or 2 minutes flat. I have seen it done and man! its FAST!

Oh really?

Are you saying that criminals no longer steals car?

ROFLMAO!

what I'm saying is you're clueless. A criminal stealing a car with a tow truck? oh and a forklift? That's a rare sight....
