yes Dr.Murray get deserve for jail times plus four years!! Judge says cant touch patients ever..
 
Restitution hearing will be January 23.

Murray has the right to appeal.

The judge used a double blades meat grinder! I happened to turn the TV on when the news broke out. I glad the judges had the balls to give Murray a 4 years sentence and I hope he will service all 4 years! The SOB said he did not feel guilty about Jackson death and that really pissed the judge off!

He probably won't actually serve the full four years in jail because of the overcrowding. If he stays two years I'll be surprised.

He's staying in the jail instead of the prison, and he's not with the general population. The local sheriff determines how long prisoners stay. Think of Lindsay Lohen. It's the same situation--no room at the inn.

Lots of little stuff, like paying $40 for processing.

The hearing for the big bucks will be in January. Practically speaking though, he'll never be able to pay off the millions that the Jackson family are seeking for funeral expenses and lost future earnings.
