Do you think Scott Peterson murdered his wife, Laci and their unborn baby?....

I've been watching CourtTV of the Scott Peterson's trial and documentation.....also seeing views from a wide range of expert who have been following the case closely ....One of the biggest question is about the baby, whether the baby was still inside the womb or was born.....He's been charge with two murders but denies it....

Please vote whether you think Scott Peterson murdered his wife and their baby or not.....

I voted Yes I believe he did. There is so much that links me to think that he is the one that killed her because he was cheating on her.

I hope he rot in prison for the rest of his Life.

Honestly, I don't know who they are.

Could you add link then I can judge either they are murder or not.

I believe he did it.. Cause he was trying to get out the marriage, and he didn't want the baby, and he did lied to his parent-in-laws about his affair with a woman, and there is NO one going on fishing on Christmas Eve? It makes everyone curious and I am sure he did KILL her and the baby.

Someone kidnapped her after walking the dog.. Oh puleeze!! 8 months old pregnant, she can't walk that far, and I am sure her doctor told her to rest and get her feet off the ground.

In my own opinion, I believe, he killed her at home, and carried and put her on the boat and throw her in the water with a heavy block and tied arond her foot to weigh her down to the lake. Remember, the block is coming from the back porch where the pool was.

I would say, DEATH PENATLY is the right choice for him. Look at gorgeous woman who was so exciting to have the baby. Oh my!!! How could he destroy her and the unborn baby boy!!

Well uknow they say inncocent til proven guilty, and i just pray it doesn't turn out to be the same as oj simpson fiasco and getting away with murder RME

( off the point a kind notation to Angel, the spelling's wrong in the poll abt Laci's name it said luci just wanted to point that to you :) a just a FYI )

It’s refreshing to know that the Europeans aren’t as obsessed about this crap as we are.

I believe he did it, but I think they don't have the proof they will need to convict him. Of course, we haven't heard both sides yet. However, from what I've seen of the trial, the prosecutions case has A LOT of holes in it, and I really believe, that the jury won't be able to convict. I really feel in my heart that SP will get away with murder! And, that really stinks!

I'm aware of that JavaPride, I typed too fast and I add an ' u ' instead of an ' a ' but I can't correct the mistakes the only mistake I made was on the poll, I did add an ' a ' on the first thread up on top...

But thanks for letting me know anyways!

I voted 'undecided' even though at this point of the case presiding, a lot of evidences does point to Scott quite possibly doing it, yet, there are several loopholes and clauses along the way, such as, it is not known HOW she had died, yet, there were two broken ribs that shows it could only have occurred by a beating or blunt object...one of the most interesting thing I found is that there was one anchor found on the boat when there were 6 of them and none of the five others have been found as of date and when Laci's body was found, all of her main limbs such as her arms (from elbow down), her legs (above the kneecaps) and her head were severed and not found...count that...that's five locations on her body that could have been weighed down by the anchors...my one question is whether or not Scott had a captain to steer the boat (many people do hire 'captains' when-ever they take out their yachts/boats, etc...), the reason why I am wondering if he had a captain onboard could very well point out that there may or could have been another suspect involved....Although, as much as I do know so far in regards to this case, I sure wouldn't be surprised if Scott is guilty and if so, I do pray that there will be enough concrete evidence to convict him of a double murder and punished accordingly!
