That is my plan. I'm gonig to a local credit union.

There's a new manager there, so I will try again, but I really hate that place. Also, it is in a totally unsafe area. Will make sure son is with me for a "bodyguard type" situation.

It is Bank of America?

If so, why not go to another branch?
 
There are so many branches and even more atm here than you can shake a finger at. That is one of pluses of BoA here.
