ALL Vet Doctors don't go to Jail for put sick animals to sleep by injection.

I've never understood why it's OK for animals, but not for humans.

There're legal to support euthanasia (sucide assisted) in some countries. Sucidee assisted is not crime here in Germany.

It's also legal to eat animals but not legal to eat humans.

Why?

Because animals and humans are not the same. They aren't under the same group of laws.

It's obvious.

Paragraph 20a of the German basic law now says that animals, like humans, have the right to be respected by the state and to have their dignity protected.

Again, I never say that human and animal are equal/same but TREAT human and animal equal with respect.
