Do you read while on the Toilet?

As I sat on the throne in my bathroom reading the latest issue of 'Entertainment Weekly', I couldn't help but wonder how many people out there read while taking care of thier business. Some may just go in, drop n go just as fast as they can. But me, I relax. I bring in a copy of magazine and just take a load off (no pun intended). I may not get cover to cover, but I usually take in a good amount of a mag. Each trip. I don't bring in books, just magazines. Something that has smaller articles. I know I'm not the only one here. What do you read in there?
 
Actually, my bathroom has a miniature TV set up with an original Nintendo NES video game system right across from the toilet! Using the bathroom was never this much fun!
 
I do this all the time reading magazines. Sometime I bring in newspaper when this gonna take a while "taking the load off" lol

Me and my family too lol!! :laugh2: I have magazine basket with different books, magazines and booklets. One time I had party at my house and a guest went to bathroom. Afterwards, my guests and I were talking about the movie "Notebook." The guest went to bathroom told me "Oh yeah, you have that book " I told him "so you were reading books in magazine basket...that's great." :thumb:
 
No.... I push hard to take a dump and get it over with it.

They even have books made just for the bathroom!

Of course, most people bring something into the bathroom to read.
 
That's funny made me laugh. I just want to drop n' go that faster enuff becuz I couldn't stand the smell staying there too long. I noticed that most males in bathroom tend to take more longer than women do. Mah males bring their Nat'L Geographic, Nickelodeon, Nintendo, Mazes magazines and newspapers used to be piling all over place that's why I bought a plastic box to put together in organized.
 
No I dont. But my exh used to go bathroom and smoke and taking his time. GRRRRRRRRRR tell him not to smoke in my house.
 
I read in the bathroom when i do my buisness, so does my dad and mom, but not my bro, he just go in there and take the crap and leave, but he doesnt go til every 3 or 4 days and when he does go it the worse smell of the house damn. lol.. my mom said we (my dad and I) have a mini library in there. hehe Often i would be still reading even when i am finish with my buiness but just sit on the toliet and read and read and read til someone bangs on the door lol.. I guess that gives u a clue that i love to read.. ;) :giggle:
 
Ya, I do read magazines when I go bathroom, not always though.
 
Yeah, I agree with OB that this is kinda TMI but I will tell you what I DO NOT read while sitting on the can: The lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner! :mrgreen:

LOL!!! I couldn't bear to sing in that bathrm much louder than in closet.
 
Sometimes I do. My son does that all the time reading Archie's comic books to take a crap. :lol:
