Funny, I tried to open the jar but it's not work so next to my hubby, still the same then next to my oldest son Danny, then next to youngest son Alan.. WORK!!! :lol: It's only once and coincidence.

Sometimes I use knife to open the jar but it's not alway working... My hubby made hole on the top of jar to air then open...

Yes, I have one the machine for jar opener. My sister gifted me last Christmas. I love it so much easy!! Because my health is good reason. I can't open too hardest. My hand got hurt sore. IT WONDERFUL MACHINE SSSSMMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTHHHHHHHH AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WOWOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No worry hurt your hands anymore!!!! :angel: :P ;) TRUST ME!!! Yea I do have a hard time sometimes. My worst one was the juice jar and it was the hardest one. It hurt my hands like hell. I was ready to throw the juice bottle at the company's head. :D
 
worse is pop cap when you are put close cap back and later later if want drink then open the cap oh man!! it hurt my hand when I tried to open it was so hard to open and my voice was GRUNTING GRUNTING GRUNTING GRUNTING GRUNTING GRUNTING then I said OWWWW so i use my shirt or towel to open it lol :lol:

Yea I used my towel or shirt to open it up. My date used his hands. :crazy:
 
I don't have problem opening jars with my hands. :D

As for the automatic jar opener, I have heard they do real well. I believe my grandmother has one.
 
Hmm. thanks Eagles.. I will tell Jeremy about it and check them out at the stores.. it would be worth it especially that I have kids and when Jeremy's not here.. heh! :)

Yep, that's what I use. It makes a good grip, is safe, and cheap. :)

It's just a small square. If you can't find one, just use the rubber shelf lining sheets, and cut into squares. You can keep one, and give the rest to friends.

I guess no one is a scientist like me. I would put a jar under a very hot water and then dry it. It should open just fine. The jar was expanding up because of the heat makes the glass goes a bit bigger than it was. Evenuntally it will come back to its normal size, the top jar will come loose.

Yep, I remember learning that in elementary school.

It still works, but running hot water is more time consuming and expensive (I don't have instant hot water) than just using my cheap rubber grip method. :D
