I thought of an example of what could have been actual discrimination against them for being overweight.

If they had gone to an all you can eat buffet and were refused service because the management didn't think they would make enough profit from them.....THAT would be discrimination. They just got insulted.

Someone called racial slurs to me so I just ignore them, especially in real life.

That's you...and just saying a lot of people do stand up if they are called or labeled such names....Nobody likes or wants to be called a name, or even be labeled as such.....and they shouldn't be labeled as such!

I know of one guy who beat a man almost to death, after he was called a "Spic"....which most Mexicans don't like that at all....Even the "N" word is taboo!....same as for "deaf & dumb"....

me? I don't use any racial slurs nor use any threat, especially shoot or beat up is wrong.

I'm not interested to break the law, however you bought it and you get pay for punishment.

The hearing worker called me "deaf and dumb" and I just reported to my boss instead of get in fight.

My thought popped up, and I was wondering if they have verified who wrote the comment on the bill? Sometimes people try to create frivolous lawsuit and yes it had happened in the past for instance a woman put finger in chili at Wendys in attempt to sue Wendys. I would like to confirm and verified that employee actually the one who wrote it, or it is really these two (beep) girls wrote it on themselves in attempt to sue the restaurant?
