Cuddle Parties

I don't think it is so strange. You hug strangers, that's about it.
Patty and I gave each other a massage and it was fun, even though it was NOTHING sexual at all about it. It was about contact and feeling good. I practise touching and massage with my bf all the time, and he LOVES it.

So you dont mind paying 30 dollars to attend a cuddle party and act like a cow as they mentioned in the article and then cuddle up with strangers in their PJs?
 
did I say I would pay 30$? All I said was that it's not so strange to cuddle up with some people. Some people already pay 20$ cover charge to get into a New York City nightclub. So, either go to a nightclub and booze up, and party or go to a cuddle party.
 
Interesting concept, though I wouldn't go to a cuddle party. I'm not a touchy-feely sort. Maybe I will be with the significant other.
 
I find this strange myself , I wouldn't pay a penny to cuddles someone, If I want to hug someone that would be a friend or someone I would know....

I had an ex boyfriend who specialised in massaging and the sorts. I really loved the way his hands felt on my skin. Yum! ;) It was blissful...totally relaxing. Ah!

But for cuddling up with a perfect stranger, I don't think so!

Good point. :) I'm not, either. I am only "cuddly" with those I truly trust and that's a very low number nowadays.

I would have to agree with you Malfoyish. I'm the same way. I'm affectionate, but not very touchy feely, except with those I trust. But like you, I trust very few people.
 
I don't mind cuddling up with people. People are too uptight and so attention-starved these days. Also, isn't it true in Deaf culture that you hug "strangers" after meeting them and chatting with them for like an hour or more? Then you end up hugging everyone in Deaf community. LOL

Likewise here!...im the same way. I only hug the people i know and trust, strangers? no way!!
 
Now I don't think it's a horrible idea, good for some people, as for me, there's no way I'd pay 30 bucks...but that's an idea...maybe I should start that at OSU ;-)
