So if you have a Grandkid, you will want to see him or her graduate from High School, would you? :P

Meat become dangerous right now due to bird flu for the chicken and turkey and cow mad for the steak !! Water and air become more polluted.

Everyone will get cancereous. We can't avoid everything from the pollution and eat the meats. :Ohno:

I'm not sure, but I think there are already such penalties.

Incidently, the only place you can smoke is outdoors. You're NOT going to stop someone from smoking outdoors. Jurisdictions have barred smoking in most public places, though. You can curtail cig smoking indoors, but you're not going to tell a smoker they can't smoke outside, and frankly, you shouldn't. Smokers have rights, too.

Listen, we all know smoking is bad for you. I'm sure Cheri and Angel know it, too. You're not going to persuade them or anybody else not to smoke.

They have exercised their right to do so. I don't like cigarette smoking,
I think it's repulsive, but I know that I don't have the right to get on a soapbox and tell someone they shouldn't do it. Let people live and learn. One day, these people (any smoker, not just Cheri or Angel) will suffer the consequnences of their actions. Until then, nobody is going to change anybody's mind about this.

They tried to outlaw alcohol in the 1920s, and that was a huge failure. The best that you can do is regulate it. You're not going to stop someone from smoking.

Okay! Then, I have another idea! They can smoke, they just can't exhale AND/OR the lighted end must remain in their mouth at all times. :D

:gpost: I agree. I grew up with my mom smoking in my face (she does it outside now at least). I can't stand cigarette smoke (or cigar smoke, or ...).

And yes, BAN THOSE WASTEFUL SUVs and other big trucks!!!!

Mankind and Civilization is STUPID. I love things about Civilization, but there are incessantly stupid things we do, espeically in America, like these SUVs. I see too many SUVs with just one person in it.
The day that Cigarettes are banned all over the USA will be a happy day for me. But that will never happen, Philip "Big Tobacco" Morris will make sure of that.
