OAKDALE, Minn. - Spring officially arrived this week, which means the season for controversial high school prom stories is also upon us. Did you hear the one about the Minnesota boy who invited porn star Megan Piper to be his date?

She said yes. The school said no.

According to CBS Minnesota, Mike Stone, a senior at Tartan High in Oakdale, a St. Paul suburb, used Twitter to invite Piper, an adult film star, to accompany him to the big dance. She was down with that - provided the teen would pay her airfare.

Then school district officials got wind of Stone's plan and told him to try again.

CBS Minnesota reports the way officials put it was...you cannot bring a "non-Tartan student" to the prom without school approval.

Oh, so that was the problem.

The Associated Press reports Stone says he actually sent dozens of Twitter messages to Hollywood celebrities, mostly porn actresses, and received a response from both Piper and Emy Reyes. The 18-year-old Stone says he'll hold an alternative party at the same time as the May 12 prom so he can bring his dates.

Talk about inappropriate. The school district was correct in their decision. That teenager is clearly looking for attention.

I wonder the same thing Reba... They are probably embarrassed.

Do you know how much it costs him to get the dates (escort service) and throw his own "Prom" party on the same night? I guess maybe $15,000?

Seem there is no escort service that girl on tweet mention he have to pay for travel express: flight ticket, hotel and food plus for himself with rental or own tux, limbo... I only can assume it would be much as $2,500.

So that means no sex after the party? LOL

If he wants sex, he would have to pay for it since she's a PORN STAR (=$$$). It is not mentioned in Twitter because sex for sale is illegal. BTW, what about his own party? It would cost alot of money for decorations, food, drinks, music, etc. (Read the last sentence in the original post)
