I flew with Singapore, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Air New Zealand, Qantas, British Airways, Air Canada and Lufthansa before.

I am surprised to see Lufthansa came 17th as it is frightening me because I will catch this plane to Frankfurt very soon!!!!!!

In my opinion, Emirates is good, but I will give Singapore a credit more because it has lots of foreign films with subtitles which is good for deaf travellers.

British Airways is alright nothing special, my husband said he prefer Qantas than BA.

What's wrong with American Airlines's reputation!! - nearly bottom score.

Hmmm...I flew with American Airlines -- it wasn't that great because the leg room is uncomfortable, same with when wanting to have a nap -- seats are too angled forwarded to get comfortable.
I like Qantas...United Airlines (they're affiliated and travel same flight routes, etc)

Guess what? my luggage went missing for two days as it went to a wrong plane instead.

I was relieved it was found on my second day in Germany, I thought I might not see it again, I went to shopping to spent on emergency clothes!!!!

I went to Lufthansa Lost and Found department to fill up the form and explain what sort of luggage, color etc - what a bummer!!

Next time, I will book another airliner!

American Airlines has problems with union workers and that is why AA is low in service.
