Would it be new movie Batman 5...?

No, it is a Tim Burton movie and not intended to be part of the saga (which is a relief seeing I have the boxset). It is going to be a Batman movie like the others but in a darker mood. It is a separate film with the same superhero.

That's a car?? Looks like a monster truck to me... I prefer the smooth, curved look of the Batmobile.

Actually, I think this is one of his few vehicles in the movie. They've shown the car, plane, and boat. It would be nice to see an off-road vehicle! Heh!

Yes, you're right. I read about it. It's something similar to the concept of the comic books titled Batman: Year One where Batman is just beginning. It's like the title, Batman Begins. Batman looks young so this could be the beginning of the spin offs! :thumb:

Yeah shows before and after his life as Batman...proably tells us some secrets in his childhood that we've never known before or whatever like that...

but yeah it's proably more like it's the new begining of Batman, but should be more like the comics though.

Actually, Batman Begins is being directed by Christopher Nolan (Memento, Insomina).

But if you're talking about Batman and Batman Returns, yeah they were directed by Tim Burton. Batman Forever, and Batman and Robin were directed by Joel Schumacher, a good filmmmaker but did pretty bad with the Batman movies.

Tim Burton did produce Batman Forever though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Tim Burton's Batman getting a double-disc treatment and a new boxset being made in order to generate more money because of Batman Begins.

The script reviews on Batman Begins has been pretty good so far, in fact, better than the previous Batman movies. Plus, this new Batman has an excellent cast, which I am very surprised to see.

Hmmm so the scarecrow would make an appearance in this new batman movie...

he's proably the first arch-villain before the Joker, perhas? because this movie shows Bruce Wayne's first becoming of Batman lol

just wondering...I'm not a huge Batman freak (nobody shall beat Spider-Man :o ) though but my brother is and I'm sure he is pretty excited to see another one.

I would love to see this movie. It's definitely a big improvement compared to the 3rd and 4th installments. Batman Forever and Batman & Robin both had too much color and corny special effects. Batman and Batman Returns both were dark and serious. That's what made them good. With Scarecrow in the next one, that will be even more interesting because it brings fear to the eyes of its victims. Heh!
