I haven't try BBQ too but there have Ranch too, that's strange
 
I eat them from home grown cuz they don't grow with salt flavored. I never buy a bag of it from the store cuz it added with salt can causes u having a blood pressure go up.
 
I'm not crazy for sunflower seeds. I'm not crazy for any kind of nuts. :(
 
When I was younger - I used to be crazy for eating those sunflower seeds and chowed it down most of the time. Now that I haven't for a long time, I think I should eat them again and Heck yeah it's salty but the homemade ones aren't

I used to love eatin' plain ( w/out salt ) sunflower seeds. Now, I switched it to pistachios. LOL I love pistachios best ! :P

Me crazy over pistachios. Heh heh
 
Oh yeah but when the plane land, it hurt my ear. Sometimes not always.

I like them in salads and sometimes i just eat them with cheese. I didn't like it when i cleaned at the school and the kids ate the ones in the hull. They threw them in the floor and the dust mop wouldn't pick them up.

I ate Sunflower Seeds before. I like eating it but I am not crazy over it.
 
do eat them once in awhile... but sometime I use them to spit at people... poo poo poo poo pfffft
