ADers on a Diet Support Thread

I had a French dip sandwich with cole slaw.
 
I am suspect rid on the something wrong medication increase I aware it!
 
My weaknesses are peanut butter, bread, rice and pasta.
 
Bread my weakness. Any kind. Love bread. Buns, baguettes, biscuits, sliced bread, homemade bread, crusty buns, sourdough, toast, I love all.
 
bread and pasta is also a weakness for me - though I do eat pretty much only whole-grain bread - it'd be easy for me to eat more of those things I do. I try to buy sprouted whole grain bread for myself most of the time.

also coffee and chocolate.

I bought some garbanzo beans/chickpeas to saute with some onions and Middle Eastern spices in some olive oil - first tried that at social justice conference and it was good so now I have it sometimes.
 
how do you know impossible fight to issues reduce health I wonder
 
Travis - I am curious. What do you eat and drink every day?

sure i Have problem tried on lose on my control on health because risk on caffeine I am afriad I am usualy on pop diet reason issues i Have medication chemcial on conflict to my health I avoid on pop not work tough!
 
My weaknesses are Chocolate and Cheese.. But I have found a few 100 calorie snacks to help with those cravings. I joined a new gym this week. Today I did the elliptical for a long while and I worked muscles in my butt I didnt know I had! lol
 
Lean Cuisines are great for lunches and dinners. Any of the Entree type meals that are under 340 calories are nice.. Any NON starchy veggies eat as much as you like a day and try to keep your carbs down and fruit intake down, a lot of fruit has natural sugars that are not all good for you. =)

You may be glad to know that chocolate is actually good for you :) apparently it can reduce heart disease by up to 37%
