My weaknesses are Chocolate and Cheese.. But I have found a few 100 calorie snacks to help with those cravings. I joined a new gym this week. Today I did the elliptical for a long while and I worked muscles in my butt I didnt know I had! lol

Any NON starchy veggies eat as much as you like a day and try to keep your carbs down and fruit intake down, a lot of fruit has natural sugars that are not all good for you. =)
