oh sure, blame it all on just ONE game, which was made by Rockstar games, "grand theft auto: san andreas" just because of the "hot coffe" mod shit...

so much for those ingorant politicans trying to ruin our gaming experience.

(P.S. it seems that they forgot that "God of War" does contain nudity also...*snickers* what a bunch of jackasses.)

so here's the link:

They suck!

Not everything can be caught. Look at Disney! They had dirty stuff! :(

how do you do the style on your s/n? I wonder if mine can come with a comic san font or something? lol

Well its just to keep the M-rateds outa of kids hands, but knowing that kids will find a way to bypass anything in order to get their hands on a M-rated.

That aint bad compared to the idiotic German proposal to completely ban violent games....

http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,2144,1777962,00.html

Bildunterschrift: Großansicht des Bildes mit der Bildunterschrift: Kid's stuff?

Andreas Scheuer, a member of parliament for the conservative Christian Social Union, who is in charge of youth protection, told the online version of Der Spiegel magazine that violent killing games "have no place in Germany's bedrooms."

He said that parents should take responsibility for the games their children play, but that the government should do its bit to help less media-competent adults by introducing a "complete ban."

Industry opposition

But with access to pretty much any software little more than a mouse-click away, it is hard to imagine exactly how such a ban should, or could be enforced. And nobody is talking about that just now.

Understandably, the industry is opposed to the abolition of some of its best-sellers.

But then the proposed law would be laughed outa the Supreme Court as unconstitutional like California and Michigan's attempts to regulate the sale of the M-rateds.

Also I should point out that proposal unfairly targets the M-rateds because the R-rated movies should get the same treatment as the games do.

Some R-rated films do get abit of a blame also. movies like "the matrix", "scarface", "texas chainsaw massasscutes", and even "saw". they think that such films would give kids ideas and turn 'em into terrortis or whatever like that.

but mind you, it's not just the movies that should be blamed at. it's also the TV shows. such as "24" is being considered a bad show for kids also which would bring ideas into their heads and make threats against the world too.

but with videogames, they seem to get the most blame than other shit that obviously brainwashed the kids than just games, ya know...

ah and remember the colorado high school shooting? well they blamed the videogame companies for makin such violent games...but HOW do they know that they played games?! i assume they dont even own a videogame system of any kind.

how fucked up is that, eh?

the Family Entertainment Protection Act is sucks but it help childern too. well i am under 18 i do know better about rated M... i did play grand theft auto: san andreas before. I know it is just a game and not brainwash me

I have GTA SA for Xbox, they're rated M on the box with contains blood and gore, Langauges, drugs use and etc, when I hear the very heavy swears, "Cops a**hole", "f**k you" and etc. Don't try influencing on the kids, keep the GTA SA case in locked DVD storage box when the younger kids wandering in your home.

Yea, cuz of my future stepdaughter (my gf's daughter) would visit my home, I would lock the any M and AO rated cases in the locked DVD storage box. she's 13 years old now, soon be 14 years old in Janurary.

Yeah but now that she's already a teenager, she would proably sneak into movie theatres with her friends and try sneaking into R-rated films or watch an R-rated movie at a friend's house, etc...you know how teens are today.

it seems that adult langauge, violence, and nudity in such films and games are no longer a huge deal to them.
