My question is, Why would a compensation to the ex husband be needed when it's ordered to be terminated?
 
it said that judge terminated the marriage prevented the ex husband to seek to reinstate the marriage again. I dont understand.

I thought divorce is final but then you can get married again? so not sure what they mean by that?

is not this case similarly related the case of the little 9 years old girl who married the prophet Muhammad about 1800 years ago?

I'm quite surprised they dont even arrest those men like the 30 yr old man for something called molesting on their wives which are still children.

I assume it is actually the parents' fault for letting their child marry too young to marry someone who is considered a pedo of some sort, which is pretty creepy and sickening to me.

So yeah, in such places like that, its still pretty much a fucked up place we live in.

How sad.

but you don't go "ugh" when you know someone who is in 60's married a lady over 18 or 20's or 30's

so the article mention the man is in 30's the girl is 8 so if they stay married and he reach 60 then the girl will be 38.

Sometime in middle east , they have "arranged marriage" where man marry young girl and does not do sex till girl reach mature age like 18 or later. I think in other country, where girl are sold to someone for marriage and girl grow up caring her husband much like slave.
 
Boult is correct. In extreme rural Afghanistan and Pakistan girls are often sold into marriage. The marriages are often pre-arranged by the families of the bride and groom and then when they are around 15 or 16 the girl is married off (or sold) to her husband. The only way the marriage is anulled is if the husband dies in which case the next oldest male relative of the husband usually takes on the widow as his own wife or the wife can return home to her own family if there are no other male relatives to the deceased husband.

It's really weird thats for sure. Some of these marriages are pre-arranged when the bride and groom are as young as three. :eek:
