i'm sorry but the money have to go to my daughter. YES, DAMNIT.. I spoil her. *Groan* Gonna deal with my love for her. :D

I've been through that before. Not as part of the mystery shopper program but been visited by those mystery shoppers. When I was manager at a video store, they had these people come by at least once a month. We had to be sure that every was going on smoothly. Here were some of the things they look for:
  • appropriate name tag properly worn
  • clothing attire worn properly
  • greeted within 30 seconds of entering the store
  • approached by employee offering help and/or suggestion
  • offered/explained new membership policy (if applying for new membership)
  • fewer than 15 video tapes on the counter
  • at least one employee walking the floor
There are a lot more. They grade us on a point system for over 30 different things.
