3 Terror suspects dead, one female wanted

Oops!

As the multiple hostage situations were unfolding in France just before 12 noon ET hour earlier today, CNN’s Anderson Cooper and Chris Cuomo were on the ground in Paris, giving viewers live updates with the relatively little concrete information they had to dispense. Cuomo was talking about one of the suspects holding hostages in the Paris kosher supermarket and referred to him as an “African-American man.”

“Not American,” Cooper quickly jumped in. “The man of African descent.”

Million Paris march

"Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas were among the leaders attending, as were top representatives of Russia and Ukraine. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and British Prime Minister David Cameron were alongside Hollande at the front of the crowd, estimated to be around one million people, Sky News reports.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is in Paris this week to attend a meeting on fighting terrorism, but did not participate in the march."

No leaders represented the United States in the march? Disappointing. :(

No leaders, but CNN reports, "United States was represented by U.S. Ambassador to France Jane Hartley."

You know, the more I think about it, the more I think it's best Obama didn't go. It does send a clear message that terrorism isn't just an American problem. If he did go, it might detract from it.

It's important that this should be viewed as an issue for all of Europe, if it isn't already.

That is a really great "spin" to make Obama look Presidential. Besides, he shouldn't have been interrupted on the 8th hole anyways. He's quite busy crashing weddings.

Anonymous blocks jihadist website in retaliation for Charlie Hebdo attack
Hackers claiming to be with the group Anonymous say they have hacked a jihadist website in retaliation for the terror attack on French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

The website ansar-alhaqq.net, a French jihadist site, currently redirects to Duck Duck Go, a search engine. Hackers using the Twitter handle @OpCharlieHebdo claimed responsibility.

Anonymous also named dozens of Twitter accounts that the hacktivist group says belong to jihadists.

The hackers posted the Twitter handles on Pastebin, a website that lets people post information anonymously online.

On Friday, Anonymous members announced hacking operation "#OpCharlieHebdo, declaring war on Islamic extremists.

Holder was already in Paris.

Oh, please. They don't worry about spending taxpayers' money for European shopping trips or vacations.

We should of at least sent VP Biden or Secretary of State Kerry (whose is fluent in French).

Eric Holder didn't attend because all those cops that shot the terrorists were racists.

Why don't you take the political discussion to PMland? We do not need to have to repeat this for you guys and closing threads.
