    voice to text services You might want to check out. Voicecloud. www.voicecloud.com. I have been using them for a few months and they're great so far. They are actually human transcriptions (fast delivery!) not machine voice recognition. Good luck!

    Skype? That's odd that Skype wouldn't work for you... Skype does allow for audio and video... your webcam should pick up the audio without any problems, not that you need it maybe, but it doesn't hurt anything. You can try to reach me on Skype - darylcrouse D

    true... good point... it definately depends on what the normal process is for the event... if it would not normally have a telephone used then it would probably not fit the use of VRS.. hope you have a successful seminar either way.. Daryl
