It's ok guys. :) I have my compilot back good as new. Turned out to be the wiring (part that goes around your neck) and not the unit itself.

Thanks, Michael and everyone for your help. It's been sent off to repair by my audiologist and I am using a loaner compilot for the time being (thankfully). The way it stopped working was a complete mystery even to him. So, I'm just waiting to get it back.

He has actually done some fine adjustments. We took off all of the software limiters and have it set to acoustic phone. So far, I am getting some amazing results with these settings except for that rattling in the higher frequencies.

I have been wearing a Unitron US80 PP (it is my trusty backup) for the past five weeks before I got my Unitron 360e repaired and got it back. Which, coincidentally ended up being the same day I ordered the new Phonak Naida. Way cool. :cool2:
