My wife and I have a 3 year old daughter of our own and as much as we would love to take a cruise, however, our daughter's needs comes first. You did the absolute right thing in reporting them to the proper authorities. I would not hesitate to report if I was in that predicament without DELAY! --R.

The point is.. I cant see being arrested for talking to a 13 year old about school activities, cars, etc that would subject you being arrested or even "framed" .... that is what I mean.. -- R.

Ya know.. Its common sense NOT to meet a 13 year old at a convenience store ALONE for any reason. If its your own child, then thats different but come on.. 13 year olds can not make legal decisions, cannot enter to a contract, etc like adults can... plain and simple. -- R.
