How many WPM you have?

And Jolie... how do you possibly even move your fingers that fast?? I thought mine were going to fall off... but then again I guess they are a bit stiff and slow lately (arthritis).

Well, to sum it up - I've been working in general clerical field for about 10+ years. It comes with the job by typing a lot on a daily basis. So, I've pretty much became accustomed to it.

Normally, when I'm in a relaxed mode, my wpm would range between 60 to 75. When I'm in more of a serious mode, that's when I get super focused to type as the best as I can which usually results into ranging from 80 to 100 wpm. I believe my personal highest wpm did reach up to 110 wpm but that's pretty rare for myself to achieve this.

I've known of some few people who are able to type up to 150 wpm and that, itself is also very rare.

Let's meet up at internet cafe, and have me watching you type. I bet you get 15 WPM. :dance2:

I do type faster at times depending on what I'm typing. If it's something I'm familiar with and know what to expect, then I can type faster. If it's something completely new to me or something I'm not familiar with, then I type slower.

I'm pretty much the same way too. In my job, I'm faced with a lot of different words (some of the words are very weird and unusual) or numbers on a daily basis. So, with that, it has helped me to swing around with the variety of words or numbers. The interesting thing is, I get to see a lot of medical terms that I've never heard of and I'm learning as I go along.

If i know what to say, i type like lightspeed. If i dont know or unsure to say, i type like normal people do.
