One of the most horror movie I've ever seen than "Saw".
That movie was made in France.
And of course, with subtitle english.
I rented a movie called, "Inside". Me and my partner watched this together.
It was so digusting and sick to my stomach.
Anyone seen this movie, "Inside"?.
Warning: too much blood and crazy violent than "Saw".

Oh... I've heard about Inside. I almost rented that today. I guess I'll rent that next time I'm at Blockbuster Video. :)

I've seen Saw... great movie!

You ever see the Ringu series? No, I'm not talking about The Ring that was made in America... I'm talking about Ringu that was made in Japan. That's dark and scary. :)

Oh man, you should rent "Inside". It's unbelivable and looks so real. Yeah, I did saw "Ringu-1" japanese movie but series?.
"Ringu" is good than remake in America. Oh, also similiar movie I saw two month ago called, "One missed Call", it was okay. I own three DVD SAW 1,2,3...I like 1 and 3 but 2 was okay. part 4 will be coming this oct 2008, I think.

I also like "Grudge", I know it's corny but cool because of the sound she made noisy.

If u like movies, go to www.comingsoon.net

I got "untrecable" movie in the mail from blockbuster. I'm a member with blockbuster.

Better mail to ur home than drive to BB video.

Lemme know how u like the movie "Inside".

If you liked The Grudge, I suggest you watch Ju-On. That's the Japanese version. There's also a sequel too. :)

Ever see Double Vision?

It's about this detective trying to solve a series of unexplained deaths. They died in ways where there was no evidence that it happened there.

For instance, a guy is found dead in his office. He drowned in ocean water. The office was locked. It's a top floor of a huge office building. The nearest ocean is miles away. Another person is found in a locked apartment... burned to death. Yet, there are no burn marks or evidence of fire anywhere else. Hmm...

I saw that a few days ago. I actually laughed at that movie. ;)

Yes, I like Japanese horror movies. The reason for that is because they usually make their horror movies very dark and mysterious.

American horror movies have a lot of light. Ever notice how The Ring had a lot of daylight, even when the scary parts appeared... it was still in daylight? In Ringu, it was done in dim light... night time... dark rooms... which makes it more scary. ;)

I ordered Inside from Netflix......I have a question...hey do we have a thread for horror movies,, or section for good comedies, etc. here on AD? Because I know when hearies tell us of good movies on their forums..not all are subtitled or CC...here we can let one another know if we liked it and where to order or find these movies and we know they are CC or subtitled for us

I ordered Inside from Netflix......
When you are searching for movie titles under Netflix DVD Rental, The choice of movie you choose, look under that movie title to see if it has closed caption or English subtitles, before renting it, that's what I do. :)

We have a basic thread for all movies and television shows. You can talk about any genre in this forum. :)

As for whether it's captioned or subtitled, that's hard to say... just look it up online. Usually, Nexflix will tell you... or you can check on Amazon.

Remember, some places have more than one version of the movie. An older version may not have captions and a newer version may. For instance, they released Hudson Hawk on DVD 5 times... adding a little more each time. I'm sure all are captioned, but you get the idea that they do sometimes release more than one version as the years go by. ;)

Oh. You're right, now that I remember seeing that.

I own "Ring" DVD, not "Ring 2".
"Ring 3" will come out in 2009/2010 but haven't film yet.

What about japanese "Dark Water".

I like some japanese horror movie but not all.

And also I like "The eye" original asian movie not remake "The eye" with Jessica Alba, I saw it already, that movie sucks!. Better original.

Yep, I've seen Dark Water and The Eye from Japan. They're a lot better... very dark as well.

In The Ring, they reveal the girl's face. In Ringu, they don't. That's another one of those scary parts. Even the way she walks is just too damn creepy. :Ohno:

I just finished watching Inside. It was an okay movie, a bit gruesome though.

It was a bit too predictable. :(

Tell me why is it okay and why bit too predictable?.

I'm sorry if that disappoint you.

Well, as soon as I saw the evil lady clearly (when she entered the pregnant woman's room)... I figured where she came from and the purpose of what she was doing. Also, I've seen enough foreign thriller/horror movies to figure out how they're going to end. ;)

Ah, I see...me too sometimes I can tell what was going on in the end or sometimes in the middle like you already knew.

With the crazy woman "Inside", I knew what was wrong with her.

Ok,,,I rented the movie Inside and only my sons continued to watch it....I never saw Saw but imagined it was too gory for me and this movie Inside was too too much for me to watch... my sons said it s a great movie though and liked it.
