I saw that and trying to figure out what exactly is a "makeshift" toilet?

Is it one of those port-a-potties? Or a chamber bucket? Or a coffee can?

Who knows...they werent specific. Could be chamber buckets...that's my feeling.

Probably a 5 gallon bucket or something similar. These poor kids. God knows what they have been programed to believe.
 
Geez, That's insane. Not only that, but it is also gross and horrid. How can they even stand that decaying stench? *shudders*
