If you think that Ralph made up the blue sentences, then why would he need to get permission from someone who didn't exist?

If you think that Ralph's story is true, then Ralph didn't need permission to publish a personal email that he had received. Personal emails aren't copywrited but website material is. That means, Ralph can publish the other guy's email on his website without permission or attribution but no one can take the text of Ralph's website and publish it as their own material on another site. They have to cite Ralph's website (which Cheri did).

Ralph didn't use any names or other identifying information in his website that could be considered libel against the blue guy.

I noticed many ADers saw the fact but their fact and logic are being denied by Religion believers.

I noticed that many people don´t like JW´s beliefs. I personally would not join JW but know their belief because I grew up with them. I would say that Christianity is the worst than JW because JW did not put me off or judge me or not try to tell me that I am wrong but accept what I am.

No, I only share my real life exprience since you & Cheri (Christians) brought those negative subject in first place, Most unbelievers had made assumptions, lies about God without listen to reasons the truth and It doesn't seem any more extreme than many posts that I've read here at AD , are the one who should create a new thread, not me...

I don´t know why you interpreted my post differently. I have no problem to have you and any different religions beleivers to tell me about their bibles over Jesus, etc. I accept everyone what they are and what they beleive in.

I agree with the officer's response. God is around us everywhere. God is just like the wind, we see the effects but we don't actually see the wind itself. The officer pointed out when its our time of expiration, we will meet God face to face and be ready answer. Right now, we had a death in the family it was a shock to all of us without going into too much detail, we just never know when God calls us home. Its always good to make sure He's invited into your heart and have a personal relationship with God.

I see that it shows an importance bec there are many people who don't believe in God and I am sure it will continue to be that way living in this world. If someone have open hearts and receive God in their heart that makes a big difference.

I got a nice and quick reply from Ralph (the owner of that web site).

"I have no reason to make anything up. Nor do I have to get permission from anyone to post their e-mails to me. I have over 1,000 pages on my website, about 99% are letters people wrote me and my response, just like the one in question. The reason I say I don’t need permission is simple, e-mail is public, secondly the person who wrote me wrote using the e-mail link on another page that was a letter and my response, which means the person who wrote me knew full well that the possibility existed that I would post his e-mail.


So the bottom line is, it is a legitimate e-mail and my response to that e-mail and since the e-mail was sent to me, it became my property and I had every right to post it without anyone’s knowledge or permission.


As for whoever, this person should post their own website and see what kind of e-mails they get. Secondly I purposely don’t post people’s names to protect their privacy. Sorry but that shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out!

Please don’t think that I am upset, I get these kinds of accusations all the time, I just get tired of them. I have many ‘articles’ on my site, if I wanted to make the points I did with this page, I could have easily done so without making up anything. It just shows the ignorance of people who think real people don’t think like this person did.

Yes, I know and has to agree with you that JW way of knock people's door but they did not judge and put me down.

I asked JW in friendly way to respect my wish for not knock my door ever again in the future after several times. They respect my wish and never do that again.
