... One time, I never forget the cat with declaw came in with heavy heartworm. We were puzzled because the cat is indoor cat. We learned that the owner lived in country and the cat ate a lot of mouse that carried a lot of parasite in it. So we gave pretty a lot of shot that kill heartworm. Today, I know that cat is still alive and hunting around in the house to pick mice. Yike!

Yep, in the house, cat has teeth to grab and gobble on it. That is why we were surprise to see heartworm in cat with declaw.

Yes I awared that animal claws defend against other animals or (I like your post over run up to the trees to away from mean dogs... ), need their claws for hunting the foods when they lost in forest or whatever...

Yes I quoted Cheri explain about Kim, my cat who was being nearly killed by big dog and thanks to her front claws who save her life. I wasn´t realized that my post over my cat was being misinterpreted, that´s how confusing begin....

SO? and teeth doesn't save a dog"s life always, and legs doesn't always save a deer's life (for instance from being hit by car) and so on..

but claws DOES save cat's life in many other instances, and I am sure a cat who have claws can run better than a cat who don't have them - for this simple reason that claws help push better from the surface. I had two cats and I could see them using claw while running away.

And claws are not only for saving life.

On the contrary, it is logical- like human's fingers, cats have many uses for their claws, not only to "save life".

Do we compare neutering animals without their permission with sterilizing humans without their permission? Do we compare selling animals with selling humans?


Fallicious comparison. In wild nature controls animal population, domesticated animals like cats and dogs are reproducing uncontrollably and hence the need for responsible ownership which include castration.
Humans are responsible for themselves - they control their reproduction, and they pay for their existence.

So animals and humans have bones--what does that have to do with comparing amputations? Cats don't have fingers, and humans don't have paws. Cats don't write books, and humans don't wag tails. There is no logical comparison of animals and people.

For your information, I don´t sell human and animal to anyone for money but give human up for an adoption for reasons and give animal to new home for reasons is my belief.

The vet don´t have any sex protection for animals. Should I allow animals to breed more babies and then let babies to kill by someone else? :roll: Please use your common sense.
