Les Paul Owners, visit www.MyLesPaul.com for photos, forums, articles, and more!

So these days I'm playing guitar again. I've used the Fender Stratocaster before but I wanted something different, so I got myself the faded cherry Gibson Les Paul Studio electric guitar. This baby plays beautifully. :aw:

The amp I'm using is Line 6 Spider II 210 Combo, and cable is Monster Cable.

Beautiful guitar! My brother loved to play the guitar, too!

beautiful guitar you have.. thanks for sharing that with us.. :)

That Vintage Cherry finish looks great. The Studio series are a great value, and you won't have to worry about replacing any of the electronics with those p90s. Maybe you, rockdrummer, and I should start a band.

Nice piece Alex. I have always been impressed with the quality they put out. Gibson is headquartered in Nashville and I'd like to check out the factory while im down there.

I dont know if you've ever heard of Paul Reed Smith guitars (PRS). Their factory is not too far from here and I've been there several times. Its wild watching them create stuff. PRS used to be located in downtown annapolis when it was a small shop with just Paul Reed Smith. He's come along way over the years and his factory is pretty big.

Gibson-Les Paul and PRS are my favorite two manufacturers

That's so cool that you have one. Can you hear, Alex? I thought you are deaf. I guess that I was wrong. :giggle:

My roommate used to pine over PRS guitars for the longest time. They make some beautiful instruments. Perhaps my favorite, too. But I'd sure love to own a Gibson SG with Maestro in Cintage Cherry.

Great instrument. Much better sound than the Strat, too. Enjoy!

Very awesome..... No one can tell deaf people they can't do music... see at Beethoven- he did it.... I am not sure who else are deaf musicians out there...

Thank you all for the nice comments! I think she's a beauty, too. :)

Thanks, Taylor! I've read a little about the Paul Reed Smith guitars online and I think they're really nice.

I may be deaf but that doesn't stop me from playing my guitar! lol I'm lucky to hear enough.
