Grrr downstair call my landlord

For me they do that everyday till I put cardboard under my table of legs it finally it work till today really VERY LOUD as I can feel from the floor from my bedroom to my kitchen and my mom was on her way arrive here and they stopped the music cause they saw my mom was here then stopped the music isnt fair to me cause they call landlord on me for that I made noise isnt fair for me .. Right now I am planning to move out not know when! and I am looking for job so I can earn more save the money then move out which is not easy.

DeafMonkey, I wasn't trying to be rude. I'm sorry if it sounded rude. It's just that the truth is that you often encounter those kind of problems when you rent. Maybe not always, but it does happen a lot. I rent and I have had that stuff happen to me a lot, and a lot of other things happen to me too. I have been renting for 8 years, since I was 18. I've dealt with a LOT of crap. I've dealt with neighbors who beat each other up, who set their apartment on fire (yes it DID happen!), beg me for sex, etc, etc, etc. Shit happens.

If you want to have less problems you would be better off renting a small house or something like that where you are the only renter in the house/building. Or just live with it. Landlords often won't do much. It's harder to evict you nowadays because nowadays you have to have a REALLY good reason to evict someone (such as not paying rent for like SIX months, or the tenants completely destroyed the unit, stuff like that. I don't think they can evict someone for some stupid loud music, unless everyone in the whole place complains, and even so, the landlord has to go to court to get an eviction filed.)

Right now I am not having much problems where I currently live, but that's just because I happen to be lucky to have nice neighbors right now, or maybe it's only because I don't hear most of what really goes on in the other units. That could change any time. That's life. There's not much you can do, except maybe call the cops on them.

i had rent couple of time.. you would have to deal with the landlord yourself that you aren't satifaction where you are living right now and maybe consdiering to move to the first floor less of problem, complains. that show you are trying to soultation the problem than causing too many problem.

Yeah that is true and also I am planning to move out but not know when which not easy cause I have no job so right now looking for job till hire me and earn the money to save up till finally then move but not know when :)
 
I will move this my computer to other room which I have small rooms so will use that and hope no more noise .. I am figure it out where can I cant feel from them :lol:
 
Damn, sounds like you need to move out. I've had all kinds of people loud like that upstairs before. But hey we are just as loud downstairs. So I just go with the flow until my wife & I find the right house:)

Yeahhhhh I am doing with it but not know when which not easy so I am gonna move my computer from my bedroom move to other room :) cause my bedroom to downstiar that is living room :)
 
You should probably heal up 1st. But if you find the right place later on. & Certainly you could find someone to help you move your computer & move to another place if you can get out of there any sooner:)

I see as you were told it's too late to have cast done. Sometime the xray don't shown broken or fractured bones when it's inflammatory (swollen). I'm wondering are you wearing special kind of shoe to give it support such as Post-Op Shoes or something like that. If not, I feel you will need to ask doctor to give you one so that you can get it healed quicker.
 
Oh man I used to rent a house with lot of renters. It was very small place and there was a guy who works at nite and he come home during his lunch break. He turned up the music. I told him that I do have kids in the house and they are sleeping. Please keep it down or wear headphone. Duh him.

So now I dont have to worry cuz I own my own place and will stick with it for the rest of my life. :D

Yeah that is what I am doing looking for job but I already emailed the guy who help to find a job cause here hard find the job but he said wait till my ankle to get better in 6 weeks same with my mom said better wait till my ankle to get better in 6 weeks blah lol cant wait to get a job then earn the money save up save up save up till it is all ready then move out !! lol :lol:
 
Ok, I didn't know if you was one of those stubborn people that would just try it themselves with an injury like that. Some people are, like me..LoL :lol:

a suggestion... i dont know abt canada but in USA often most cities have deaf only apartment so maybe u can look into that? like HUD again i dont know if Canada have that and i have no idea how to search for it so all i suggest u is to try ?

I am gonna do my planning about moving but not know when I will be and also will move this my computer to other room which I have 3 rooms one is my bedroom and other 2 rooms before was livingroom but not anymore.:) so will move this computer to my other room so I will not feel from downstair from the music. :)
