I talked to the old lady next door from my home not downstair the lady.

I asked her why her window blinds down in her front porch and she told me that when the lady moved downstair and she tried to said hi to the lady but the lady ingore old lady I was so shocked :jaw: not nice of the lady ingore the old lady!!!!! how the lady is so BITCH.. make me wondered why the landlord let bitch lady move in ?? I told the old lady about loud music and she know not happy with it eh. oh man!! not nice the lady ingore old lady.

The lady use window blinds like straw blinds window dont want see downstair's face anymore oh wow.

I do matter of fact remember that time in St. Louis, MO where GalaxyAngel, Angel, and I were trying to get Tweetybird and RebelGirl's attention by knocking hard and putting a paper under the door moving it around so they can see, but no luck, So GalaxyAngel asked the housekeeper for the key to their room, explained that they are deaf, and the housekeeper tried to open the door but the door bolt was blocking from entering the room, so the housekeeper told us to knock lightly, GalaxyAngel said 'what??!! They can't hear!!' *kicking the door hard*, I laughed and laughed her face expression was so funni. Housekeeper said nothing but looked frighten of GalaxyAngel. :rofl:

Finally Lovelyblkgirl paged Tweetybird, and Tweetybird answered and said did you bang on door? We said no! GalaxyAngel kicked the door! :rofl:

downstair is DRIVE ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now that really VERY VERY VERY LOUD!!!!!!!!!!! that you can feel vibrate!! very loud so I called my mom to come here and feel it to PROOF!!!!! to her and I am sure she get mad

That is life when I rent??? I live here for almost 5 yrs and. Before someone was live downstair that I have no plm but only few little bit but mostly no plm till they move out and someone move in the lady downstair just moved last Sept 2, 2006. What if you live on apt for example only if you feel from downstair that you can feel how you feel that?????

For me they do that everyday till I put cardboard under my table of legs it finally it work till today really VERY LOUD as I can feel from the floor from my bedroom to my kitchen and my mom was on her way arrive here and they stopped the music cause they saw my mom was here then stopped the music isnt fair to me cause they call landlord on me for that I made noise isnt fair for me .. Right now I am planning to move out not know when! and I am looking for job so I can earn more save the money then move out which is not easy.
 
sounds to me like the old lady downstairs has nothing better to do then whine...
