I'm in my new apt, but not completely out of the house.
I just checked 1-800-GotJunk and am happy to see its easy to book online, even same day if there's a slot available (2 hr window). And they do evenings and Saturdays (didn't check Sunday). I'll see where things stand tonight before booking.
Scheduled GotJunk for tomorrow evening. Still have a bunch of stuff to get out either to the apt or to a storage facility. My daughter, I believe, will arrange the storage and truck. I hope to be out of the house by end of the weekend...so I'll have a minute or two to prepare for my train trip next week. Egads!!

When I had first AOL (AOL 1.0) it used to have a pop up to ask me "You have been online for XX minutes, do you want to stay online?" Also they had a number of dropped connections.

Squeeeeee brrzzzzkkkkts...

LOL. It was always hard to sneak online at night with a loud ass modem like that.

Oh boy do I remember that.

I remember they used to bill by the minute (I think that's the pop up you mentioned). I about screamed when I saw my bill after I let my oldest niece get online with my account. There was rejoicing when they went to a flat monthly fee lol. And 7 screen names on one account! Think I had about 4 or 5 lol.

Mine was flat monthly fee. I had two... when the AOL mobile was out few years later.

We are soooo different. Spiders don't bother me but dogs, especially loose ones, DO.

I don't like loose ones either, I've been bit 3 different times by dogs running out from their yards as I walk by on the side of the road.

Could have used that this morning, there was a small spider in the corner of the bathroom ceiling. Swiped it down with a broom, don't know where it is now, probably back in its corner.
Yeah, back in the corner having lots of baby spiders. :giggle:
