What are you doing right now? Part II

I will never deal with AT&T again. Had a huge issue with them and their customer service was horrible. My daughter has T-Mobil and her service is horrible. We have had great luck with Verizon.

Same here...... their service for the deaf is TERRIBLE. They are asking for a $75 payment for an upgrade to a webcam phone...... which is kinda outrageous, because I can't call 911 using voice on a smartphone, due to my severe deafness, and need to be able to use VRS for that. Not long ago my position was compromised, and it put me in a bad situation. Since then I've been looking for a new phone to ensure that doesn't happen again. I need to find a reliable service that can be used in southern IL when I do travel down there again.

Forgot to mention that I need reliable service for suburban travel this year. This service doesn't always work that well on the rails..... in particular the Northwest Line. Need to figure that out before my next trip there.

I had T-mobile for several years when I had Sidekick phones. I didn't have any issues with them. The reason I switched to Verizon is the coverage area and noticed it is better than T-mobile when I travel. I tried Sprint for a short time but only got so many dropped data around here.. I returned it and got refunded before the trial ended so Verizon it is.

How are the rate plans with Verizon? AT&T bought Alltel and finally changed over on the 22nd to the 4G network with a new phone they sent me but when I looked over AT&T's website I couldn't find an unlimited voice, text, and data plan like I had with Alltel and I'm afraid there gonna try to take my unlimited away eventually.

I am waking up. I had a strange dream that I was riding around in the wheelchair that looks like recliner in large food store.

Drawing up my transportation plans for my upcoming visit to the apartment building that has available units. Problem is, it's likely going to take at least 45 minutes to get there. If I can secure a place, the goal is to move out by no later than 2/10/15. And I need to update my Letter to Vacate, as well, if that does happen.

allergies and headache again...I wanted to go to the gym but ugh...feeling blah.

I hope you feel better soon!

Thanks..just took meds and drinking coffee...seems to be working and soon I will get dressed to go to the gym. Sometimes it is too much work to go to the gym but once I get there, I am happy I have gone. lol

Got an email from my BIL. That letter/packet I got from Oregon was legit, though premature. His daughter was in a bad accident & in a coma but is now home & healing. The kids were put into temporary foster care at the time of the accident but should be returned home soon. They all live with my BIL in addition to another grandchild.

I am sorry to her this , that had to been a very bad accident. How old is the child ?

That's pretty much what I did minus the Sprint part. Had T-Mobile since the Wyndtel pager days (phew...).

AT&T isn't all bad- they did screw up badly with my friend in WA but they did try to work with her to reduce the costs as well. At the time they had no choice but to use AT&T because they were the only ones up there to offer international roaming (her hubby's work). They've since dropped that part because it wasn't worth the hassle.

Leaving now to a friend's to watch the movies...she has a new 50'' Smart TV...awesome!...Bringing popcorn too.

Chatting with a couple of my friends, who are on their way back home to Delaware, and I told my friend that they might endure a whole lot more than Chicago did in 2012. Of course, we had 2 days of blizzard then. This one is 3. Not even close for comparison, but who knows?

Debating playing Sims or reading my assigned homework. Sims sounds fun, and I already did almost 40 pages of reading today, and the class is on Wednesday.
